Termicoat® Termite Management System (TTMS) is an APVMA, (# 89414/124752) approved chemical as required by AS3660.1:2014  and is a Deemed to Satisfy Solution* as per Ncc 2022,Vol  BCA 2022 Volume 1 – B1D4 (i)  BCA 2022 Volume 2 – H1D3 (i) and ABCB Housing Provisions 2022 – 3.4.2 

Termicoat® is a Boron/Glycol based liquid chemical termite management system used in combination with a concrete slab forming part of a physical barrier.  

We provide builders with a certificate using Termicoat® a non-toxic liquid product used for termite management on new building work. 

We apply to the slab perimeter, any construction / cold joints, the circumference of slab service penetrations (thereby creating a ‘top down’ treatment against termite entry), perimeter frame baseplates and 300mm up the perimeter studs and bearers, piers and joists, (as per our Manual). Both slab penetrations and perimeter applications are completed on the same day. 

Our system no longer requires the concreters to wait for termite collars to be installed before pouring. We can also apply to retaining walls, cold joints and external mortar lines when requested.

Being non-biodegradable, Termicoat® applications,  under normal environmental conditions will never need to be re-applied. Termicoat® cannot be damaged by trades. This reduces the need for time-consuming call outs and reinstallation.
